When downloading any files using Google Chrome as your browser, the default setting is to save all files to your downloads folder. This is not desirable for storing and managing your BID invoices. For this reason, you will want to change a setting in Google Chrome that will prompt you when downloading any files and allow you to choose where to save the file.
To change this setting, follow these steps:
- Click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of Chrome.
- Click 'Settings'.
- Click the horizontal lines for 'Settings'.
- Click 'Advanced'.
- Click 'Downloads'.
- Slide the button to the right to "Ask where to save each file before downloading".
