When downloading any files using Mozilla Firefox as your browser, the default setting is to save all files to your downloads folder. This is not desirable for storing and managing your BID invoices. For this reason, you will want to change a setting in Firefox that will prompt you when downloading any files and allow you to choose where to save the file.
To change this setting, follow these steps:
- Click the horizontal lines in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click 'Options'.
- Click the radio button next to "Always ask you where to save files".
