When a client is saved as a 'No-Show' on the Attendance screen, the status for all of that client's goals can be set with one click. You will find this button on the Goals screen if the selected client is a 'No-Show':
Likewise for a client that is NOT in attendance (absent). Be aware that if the attendance has not been completed for the day, all clients will be considered 'Not Present', so the above button will be visible. In this case, the button can be ignored if the client is not absent. So the only time that this 'Apply Status to Goals' button is not visible is when the attendance has been completed and the selected client is in attendance, or 'Present'.
