There are three distinct 'Supported Employment' services in the software, and they are:
- Supported Employment
- Supported Employment-Group
- Supported Employment-Enclave
When adding a Program to the Attendance, it is important to understand the difference between these three services.
Example 1. Supported Employment
In this case, each client will be billed at a 1 on 1 rate (as opposed to a Group rate). Notice that the times are different for each client. It's possible to have overlapping times, but it is important to document how the staff was able to be in two places at one time. The Group size is set to 1 for all billing records.
Example 2. Supported Employment-Group
The billing for this case is at a Group rate. Notice that all the times are the same and the times cannot be changed "per client". Only the Program time can be changed. This keeps all clients in the Group together and ensures Group rate integrity.
Example 3. Supported Employment-Enclave
For an Enclave, the billing will be at the Enclave rate, be it daily or per unit. Notice that the times are the same in the above example, although they do not have to be and can be changed per client. There are no "Group rates" for Enclave, and the Group Size is set to 1 for all billing records.
