- Before setting up Piece Tracker Jobs for Piece Rate, it is recommended that you click here to read this article.
- Setup the Prevailing Rates for the appropriate time spans. This is done on the Setup screen. Click here for an article on how to do this.
- Now it's time to add a Piece Tracker Job. Click here for an article on how to do this.
IMPORTANT! When adding the data for for all Piece Rate Jobs, enter a 0 for the Piece Rate, and you MUST enter the Pieces per Hour from the Time Study. If you set Pieces per Hour to 0, it will be assumed that the Job is an Hourly Rate Job. Here is an example:
When you save the Job, the Piece Rate will be automatically calculated based on the latest Prevailing Rate that you have entered in the Setup screen (from Step 2 above).
