In this article we will discuss the steps necessary to allow providers access to Ohio ISP's for individuals they are actively providing services for.
County Boards:
1. The county board has been through the onboarding process and training with Brittco support. This is being done in phases. If your county board has not been through the onboarding process we will be reaching out soon with more information.
2. The county board has added at least one "Admin" level user account to the provider. Here is an article that walks you through how to set that up: https://brittcosoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044356514-Setting-Up-Users-for-a-Provider
3. Once the initial Admin user for the provider has been created, the Admin is then responsible for creating accounts for their own staff who will need access to the Ohio ISP.
Providers will be able to see published Ohio ISP plans that they have an active support in the individual's client record or if they have been added as a paid support on the Ohio ISP itself.
Providers:
After you have logged into the provider portal, accessing the Ohio ISP is straight forward. On the left hand side of the page there is a menu. Click on the Ohio ISP menu item and you will go to landing page showing the Ohio ISPs that are available to you.
To view a plan click on View next to the plan you want to open:
From here you can navigate the OhioISP or if you click on Actions in the top right hand corner you can download the plan as a PDF:
If you do not see a specific plan that you are looking for or you need help logging into the provider portal you will need to contact your county board to resolve the issue.
