This article will cover the steps it takes to Transfer Outcomes from a published OhioISP in the County Board's Brittco system to your Brittco Pro system.
Logging into the County Board Provider Portal
In order to get to the OhioISP for a client you are providing services for you will need to log into the County Board's free provider portal. This is done by reaching out to the County Board where the OhioISP was completed. Once they have created your provider staff record in their system you will need to know the URL to their Brittco site to login.
The two things you need from the County Board to log into their Provider Portal:
- Their Brittco site's URL
- The email address they used to create your provider staff record
With that information you can navigate to the login page and the first time login process is the same as your Brittco Pro site. You will click on the "Forgot your Password?" link and enter the email email address used to create your provider staff account. You will get an email with a link to create your password. Once your password is created, you will be logged into the County Board's Provider Portal.
Navigating to the OhioISPs
After logging in you will come to the Dashboard with menu items on the left side of the page. You will click on OhioISP. On the OhioISP page you will see the plans that are available to you. Click on View next to the plan you want to Transfer Outcomes for:
From here you can view the plan in the system and navigate between the tabs and menus to read and review the OhioISP.
Transfer Outcomes
In the top right corner of the screen click on the Actions button and then Transfer Outcomes:
This will open the Transfer Outcomes page and will list any Outcomes and their associated Experiences for which you are listed as a responsible party:
On this screen you will want to select the client you want to link the Outcomes to in your Brittco Pro system. You do this by clicking on the dropdown box and selecting the correct person. Once the client is selected you can click on the Transfer Outcomes button. The page will redirect you back to the OhioISP and you will see a green bar with a success message:

Once complete, you can go back to your Brittco Pro system to see the Outcomes in the client's demographic record:
If you navigate to the Daily Doc screen you will also see the Outcome and Experience ready to be documented on:
This process can be repeated for each client you need to document on and have access to their OhioISP in the respective County Board's Provider Portal.
