In this article we will go over approving notes. In the case note screen, go to the "Review Notes" button in the top right corner of the screen.
The review notes screen shown below will appear. It can be filtered like any other screen available. In the table under the filters, there is a column on the right side that allows for you to approve or reject a case note.
The red X shows a rejected case note and a green check mark shows an approved case note. When there is a new case note, a black "Actions" option is shown where you can approve or reject a case note.
You can also edit case notes that have been approved or rejected.
When you reject a case note, the following screen will appear. The message you type will appear for the SSA or SSA Assistant to see where they can make the necessary changes to get the case note approved.
Below is the screen the SSA/SSA Assistant will see when the case note is rejected. The example here shows that the case note was rejected because of spelling errors.
Below will show the messages from the rejected case notes. The messages will show up on the dashboard when you login. It will show rejected case note and who rejected the case at the bottom of the message with a time of when it happened.
You can also view the message from the mail icon at the top right corner of the screen. It will open up the message center where you will see a message of what happened to the case note.
