This article is going to explain why Brittco needs your location if you use the HPC screen.
A popup has probably appeared when accessing Brittco and, more than likely, you clicked 'Block' because it's normally a smart decision to not allow websites to access your location. However, with the new EVV requirements coming to HPC providers in August, it will be REQUIRED BY THE LAW to show that you are present with the individual. For Brittco to prove this, we need access to your location. Below is an image showing what the popup looks like. Please click 'Allow'.
For those of you that already selected 'Block', you will need to go into your browser settings to change that. For Chrome, select the 3 dots and go to the 'Settings' option.
Scroll all the way to the bottom until you see the word 'Advanced', then select the drop-down to open the advanced settings. Once in advanced settings, select 'Site Settings'.
Select the location option as shown below.
Go to the Brittco URL and switch it from Block to Allow.
