ODOT Transportation reports can be imported into the Transport Scheduler. Once there, everything else behaves as if the transport scheduler data had been entered within Brittco.
- The file name being imported must start with ODOT.
- The format of the import file must be tab-delimited.
The columns in the report must be the following (no header is used):
A. Ride Date (format: yyyy-mm-dd)
B. Vehicle Name/Number
C. Driver Name (Last Name, First Name)
D. Pickup Address
E. Pickup City
F. Dropoff Address
G. Dropoff City
H. Medicaid Number/ID
I. Dropoff Time (format: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm)
J. Pickup Time (format: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm)
K. Odometer Start Miles
L. Odometer End Miles
M. Transport Category
For the Medicaid Number, it must match the Medicaid Number field in Brittco. If the individual does not have a Medicaid Number, then the number used in the ODOT report should match the "State ID" field in Brittco.
The Transport Category must match with the Brittco Transport Scheduler category names. This is optional.
