ISP Plans
Improved how multiple active ISP Plans are managed. If a client has more than one plan (e.g., Annual and Revision), each plan will be automatically presented in order. As each plan is marked with "Agree", the next plan will then be presented.
A date field has been added to track when a staff "Agreed" that the ISP Plan was read.
Attendance
As of June 1, 2020 a new DODD rule allows billing rates to be based on acuity "C" rates for all clients. The stipulation is that the group size (including staff) must not be greater than 10.
Added a new service "Adult Day Support-Remote" for billing of remote services.
Added a filter for clients and staff. This filter can be used to find which program a client or staff attended on a given day.
Piece Tracker
When calculating hourly rates for Holidays, using the "Holiday-2" category requires that the client has had some previous history to determine the hourly rate. If no history is available (maybe it's a new client), then the "PT Hourly Rate" field is used. This field can be found on the Client Information screen
Client Information
The Finance module was enhanced to allow for managing multiple bank accounts.
A new "Code Status" field was added and is included on the Medication Tracking screen.
Added a new field of "Race" to demographics.
Billing
A new conflict was added to look for HPC Transportation dollars to be no greater than $580 per client span.
Non-Medical Transportation
Mileage and times can now be added "per client". Although the DODD rules for billing and documentation only require NMT trips to be documented with the start of the entire route and the end of the entire route (both mileage and times), many providers like to also include mileage and times for each individual.
The DODD rule refers to"distinct trip", which has caused much confusion. Brittco has an email from DODD clarifying that "distinct trip" means the "entire" trip, not each separate leg when picking up and dropping off individuals throughout the entire trip.
