Added a "Tax Location" field to the HPC Location setup.
Functionality was added to support the cases where a client receives "standard" (non-COVID) services on the same day as receiving services that qualify for the restart rates.
Added a new button "Edit Service Code" for modifying the service code in those very rare cases where you want to manually set the service code. A good example is when you want to zero out a billing record, but you no longer have the original service code that was incorrectly billed. You can edit the service code to match what was previously billed, zero out the record, and invoice it.
We can now control which reports can be accessed based on user privileges (Admins, Attendance Manager, Billing Manager, none of the above). For example, only Admins or Billing Managers have access to Billing reports.
The Medication Date can now be locked so that users cannot change the date.
Staff hours from mutliple screens are now saved to a common payroll table. Specifically, these screens are:
Payroll report #297 combines the staff hours from all of these screens into total hours (including OT) and broken down by categories. You can even select which screen/module you want included in the report.
For the Scheduler, if you want a staff's hours to be included in this payroll report, you must use Scheduler Categories that are set with "Include in Payroll":
There are no other settings required for staff hours from all other screens to be included in this payroll report.
