This article will go through the steps to add Brittco as a Vendor in the DODD's CNT application.
This will allow Brittco the correct permissions to submit OhioISPs on your behalf and receive PAWS data from the State system.
1. Log into https://ohid.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/ohid/login
2. Navigate to APPLICATIONS and select the CNT application
NOTE: If you do not see the CNT application in your tile set that means your account permissions have it restricted. There are 2 options: Find someone in your agency with the correct permissions and have them proceed through the set up or you will need to fill out an affidavit with DODD to have your permissions changed.
NOTE #2: Opening the CNT application can trigger a pop-up block on your browser. If that happens you will need to allow the site to launch pop-ups to get CNT to open.
3. After the CNT application opens select the Vendor Module under the Click-For menu.
4. In the Vendor Module you will see any existing Vendor Contracts. If there are no existing contracts, that will be acknowledged.
NOTE: If there are any existing contracts you will be given the ability to permanently delete or edit the contract.
5. To add a new contract, click Add New Contract.
6. On the Add Contract Between County and Vendor fill out the following information:
- Vendor - Select Brittco
- System - OhioISP / Medicaid Services System (MSS) (for PAWS data)
- Begin Date - Enter the current date
7. Click on Add Contract. When adding a contract a confirmation will show. It will vary in the website listed, but the confirmation question is the same. Click OK.
8. Once confirmation is made, the new contract will appear.
