When notifications and alerts are sent to staff personnel, the message can be directed to either email or text. This can be set on a "per staff" basis.
Setting Up Staff for Receiving Email Messages
To setup a user to receive messages via email, go to the Setup-Staff screen, select that staff, and enter the email address into the 'Email Address' field and save the change:
