To set up a 2:1 staff to client ratio for billing purposes, you'll need to utilize the scheduler. To do this, navigate to the Scheduler screen and select the 
button in the top-right corner of the screen. This will open the Event Details.
Here is where you will set up your 2:1 ratio. Select enter the name of the schedule, the category "HPC Schedule", start and end dates and times, your staff and client and save. Next, the staff will navigate to the HPC screen to clock in near that scheduled time.
*Note: They have 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the start date and time to clock in and have it linked to this record.
When the staff arrive at the HPC screen, they will notice the location and client options will be greyed out. It will be similar to this: 
Upon both staff members clocking in, you will see 2 HPC records, one with a start time and end time and 1 with just a start time. The record with the start and end time populated will contain the first staff member who punched in. The system will immediately clock them out to clock them in together and complete the 2:1 ratio.
Likewise, when one of the staff members clocks out, the system will clock out both staff, and add a new clock in for the remaining staff member.
