In order to configure an HPC location for delegated nursing, you need to set up your HPC location with one of the "Delegated Nursing" services. This is completed on the Setup screen within the HPC Locations tab. There are two options to choose from, the "Delegated Nursing - Assessment (RN)" and the "Delegated Nursing - Consultation (RN/LPN)".
After setting up your location, you will need to set up staff members with the staff option assignment. This is done on the Staff Information tab of the Setup screen.
From there, the setup is complete. The staff will clock in as they normally would on the HPC screen. The new location will need to be selected in order to apply the correct rates on the billing screen.
*Note: If the incorrect staff option is applied to the staff, the HPC screen will appear as normal but this produces an error on the billing screen.
