When daily billing for JRT services, there will be a Half Day or Full Day fee. There is also a different Half Day fee for "School" or "Non-School". When setting up the name of the service, it is important to understand how to name the service so the correct fee is used.
When adding a JRT service for either a 'Half Day' UOS or a 'Full Day' UOS, be sure to include in the name of the service the phrase "Readiness" or "READINESS" or "JRT". Of course be sure to select the UOS of 'Half Day' or 'Full Day'.
The Half Day fee is different for "School" vs. "Non-School". If the phrase "NON" or "Non" is found in the name of the service, the fee for "Non-School" will be used. Otherwise, the fee for "School" will be used.
Here are a few examples:
Job Readiness Training (Half Day = $54.50, Full Day = 87.50)
Job Readiness Training (NON-SCHOOL) (Half Day = $87.50, Full Day = 87.50)
JRT for Non-School (Half Day = $87.50, Full Day = 87.50)
JRT for School (Half Day = $54.50, Full Day = 87.50)
And as with all 'Half Day' or 'Full Day' UOS services, the units used are automatically calculated by extracting the information entered into Time Tracker. If a day of service is 4 hours or less, that counts as 1 half day. And over 4 hours will count as 1 full day. If an authorization is setup as a 'Half Day' UOS, then it will count both the half days and the full days as a unit. But if an authorization is setup as a 'Full Day' UOS, then all half days will be ignored.
