Clients with behaviors are documented exactly the same as documenting any other goal, but instead of having just one "Note" field, there are three fields to document...Antecedent, Behavior, and Consequence.
To establish a goal as a "behavior", it is categorized on the Client Information screen using the Behavior category:
On the goals screen, clicking on a "Behavior" goal will prompt the following:
