When documenting on an action step, you have the ability to add a "Rating" to each item you document. By default, this is a "text" field, meaning the user can enter anything he or she wants into the box. If you'd like to control what can be entered into the "Rating" field, here are some instructions:
- Go the Goals tab on the Setup screen.
- Enter the new rating in the "Rating" box and hit the plus sign.
- Now, when documenting on an action step, you will see a dropdown list of all the options you set up:
- To delete/archive the Action Step rating, click the red X button:
