Client Information
Added a new 'Documents' section which allow for adding and viewing documents for each client. Documents added here will be found in 'My Documents' in the Training module, and vice versa.

Training & My Documents
From the 'Progress' tab, administrators can now view the progress of each staff and print the certificates per module.
Timeclock
Added payroll selection to the Timeclock.
Company Setup
Added a Mileage Reimbursement field to enter the amount for mileage reimbursement to staff.
HPC
Added scheduling for HPC (click here for an article). If you use HPC Schedule for a 2:1 activity, the billing records for 1:1 and 2:1 will be created accurately based on the actual clock in/out times.
Added a 'County' field when setting up an HPC Location. This provides for a means to filter by county on HPC reports.
Incidents
Limit the client list to only those on a staff caseload (click here for an article).
Scheduler
Added 'Client Measurements' as a category. This provides for a simple method to document values for temperature, heart rate, glucose, etc.
It's now possible to document and bill for Miscellaneous Purchases using the Scheduler (click here for an article).
Goals
Added more client detail information from the Client Information screen.
Setup
Added a 'Supervisor' field for staff.
Billing
Added all 2021 billing rates.
Reports
By importing the "Non-Denied Billed Claims" report, a new report is available for auditing the billing history.
