This article will go over how to set a client to inactive. Start on the Client Information screen where you will select the client you want to change to inactive. After selecting the client, you will click the "Archive Client" button as the image shows below.
Please note, archived clients in Brittco are inactive but will continue to keep their data. Deleted clients won't have their data stored.
In order to view the archived clients, check the "Inactive" checkbox at the top of the Client Information screen. This can be used to see historical data, or to change a client back to active.
