To remove a client from an NMT route, navigate to the Non-Medical Transportation screen and select the route you'd like to make adjustments to. Next, select the "Client Pick Up" and "Client Drop Off" drop-downs and uncheck the client you'd like to remove from the route.
Once this is completed in both drop-downs, select the green "Submit" button. The client is now removed from the route.
To remove a client from a NMT route permanently, you will need to make an adjustment within the Setup screen. Within setup, select the "Transport Routes" tab. From there, you can select the route from the Transport Routes drop down.
Once the route is selected, you will see a screen similar to the one above. There you can make adjustments to the Client Pickup and Client Takehome lists. Be sure to save your changes using the green "Save Changes" button.
