Create an Event in the Scheduler and include all staff that are required to take the Quiz. For this example, the Event will be named Hazard Communications Quiz.
Once the Quiz has been created in Survey Monkey, export the quiz from Survey Monkey (click here for an article on how to do this). It must be in a tab-delimited format. Here is an example of the columns that are included in the Survey Monkey report.

Important! The name of the file you export from Survey Monkey must match exactly the name of the Scheduler Event, with SM_ added to the beginning. So in our example, the name of the file should be:
SM_Hazard Communications Quiz
From the Import tab on the Brittco billing screen, select the Survey Monkey tab-delimited file that you exported and click the Import button.
The result of the import will be that all staff included in the Survey Monkey report will have their event Hazard Communications Quiz marked "completed" on the date the quiz was completed.
All the staff event reports that include "Date Completed" are useful to see which staff have completed the quizzes. There is one report, #216, which is used to see which staff have NOT completed scheduled quizzes. In order for this report to work for you, the word "quiz" must be included in the Event Title.
