It's possible to lose data that has been entered but not yet saved due to what is referred to as a "Session Timeout". Here is an example. You open up a form such as an Intake, or maybe you are entering a lengthy comment. If you do not save your changes within 20 minutes, the session will automatically time out and all data that has been entered will be lost.
In order to help keep this this from happening, a message will appear in yellow warning you that a session timeout is about to happen and all you have to do is move your mouse and the session will be reset for another 20 minutes. The session timer is also reset when you save your data. It's good practice to save your data every 5 to 10 minutes.
