In this article, we go over the Rebilling option.
The screen below is the default billing screen. To re-bill we need to go to previously billed data. To get to that data, click on the 'Actions' tab in the top right corner of the screen.
When the drop down arrow is click in the 'Actions' tab, click the 'Reconciliation' option shown below.
Below is the reconciliation screen where we will want to find the billing records that need to be re-billed. Click the check box at the beginning of the row for the records that you want to re-bill.
Once we have the desired records checked, click the drop down arrow in the blue 'Apply Filters' tab and go to the 'Rebill' option shown below.
After 'Rebill' is clicked, you will find those records on the Billing screen. In the Warnings column, there will be a message in yellow showing that a record is about to be billed again and the previous number of units it was billed at. Now this record will be added to the flat file the next time you create your invoice.
