HPC/EVV
Setting up HPC services for EVV requires a few additional fields of information. In the staff setup, three new fields have been added: First Name, Last Name, Social Security. HPC Locations now include an address field which must be populated for EVV. The GPS coordinates are automatically added by clicking a button.
Scheduler/Goals
Inhibit Documenting Goals/Outcomes with Incomplete Scheduler Events
Suppose you have a DSP that is supposed to read an individual's ISP Plan BEFORE being permitted to start documenting on their services/goals/outcomes. You can now add an Event to the Scheduler (something like "Read ISP Plan for Bugs Bunny"), and until this event is marked "Complete" by the staff assigned to this event, Bugs Bunny's goals will not be available on the Goals screen. Here is an article that explains:

Quizzes Using Survey Monkey
If you would like a simple method to create your own quizzes for your staff and keep track of when those quizzes have been "completed", then this is for you.
Using Survey Monkey, you can easily create your own quizzes for your staff and export a report that shows when staff have completed (and passed) these quizzes. Then you can import that report into Brittco's Scheduler so you can easily track when staff have completed various quizzes. Here are two articles that explain how to use this new feature.
The first article is how to create and export a Survey Monkey report:

Scored quizzes
After careful consideration, we have now integrated scored quizzes into the required annual training modules. These integrated quizzes will replace the current Final Quiz. Passing the quizzes with a score of 80% or higher is necessary. After successfully passing a quiz, you will be able to print a certificate of completion for each of the required training modules. You will also have the option to print a certificate of completion for the entire course, once completed.
The quiz questions are presented in the flow of the lesson. This will allow you to gauge your knowledge of the content immediately as opposed having to wait until all modules have been completed before taking the quiz, as it is currently.
If you exit a module before completing it, don’t worry. Your answers to the quiz questions you’ve taken are saved so when you return to the lesson, you won’t have to retake them.
If you don’t pass a quiz, you are given the opportunity to reset the quiz questions on the Quiz Results page. You can retake a lesson as many times as you want.
Each of the following modules now has an integrated quiz:
- Identifying the three common types of DD
- Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
- ISP Waivers
- Rights of individuals served
- Protecting the health and welfare of people with DD
- Universal precautions and infection control
- Community integration
