The release of Version 5 of the VR Desktop Application has brought about some significant changes. Many of the changes are "under the covers" that users will not see, but they have to do with adding another layer of security.
The only change that affects the User experience is how to navigate from screen to screen. The 'Screens' menu option has been replaced by a 'Main Menu' button (red arrow). So to change screens, the user must return to the Main Menu and choose the desired screen from there.
For those users that access the VR Desktop application via a remote desktop or virtual configuration where the application is essentially "shared", each user must have a personal "port" number assigned. And these ports must be open to any Firewalls. This is setup on the Admin-Staff screen:
