In order for Add-Ons to be used, the first step is to setup the client to be permitted to use the add-ons. This is done in Client Information:
If either of these add-ons is checked, then there will be an option to use the add-on when documenting the daily attendance. To use the add-on, click the client in Attendance and check the 'Use Add-On' checkbox.
Note: By default, the add-on is not set in attendance. And by rule, the daily rate will not be used. The billing will be the unit rate plus the add-on.
If you want to use the add-on all the time, then set the "Force-Add On" option:
