The signature that goes with each Program on the Attendance screen comes from whoever clicks the "Submit Schedule", "Submit", or "Create All Attendance". That includes making any changes to a time and clicking "Submit". And that name will be displayed on the screen.
If a staff clicks the "Signature" button, then that person becomes the signature of record and will be displayed on the screen. If someone else then goes and makes a change such as a client's time, it will NOT change the signature of record. The last person using the "Signature" button will always be the signature of record. If the Signature button is not used, then it will be the last person that "Submitted" the Program or made any changes.
