Setting Up Community Respite

Setting up Community Respite is like setting up any other service such as ADS and VocHab.  

1. Add a new Program on the Setup screen, and choose 'Community Respite' as the service.
2. Schedule your clients using this new Community Respite Program as you would any other Program.
3. The Community Respite Program is added to the Attendance screen the same as all other Programs.
   
   The rates and codes are determined based on the amount of time the client spends in the Program:
   
   Less than 5 hours is considered "Per Unit" codes and rates.
   Over 5 hours and less than 24 hours is considered "Partial" codes and rates.
   24 hours is considered "Full Day" codes and rates.
   
   Note: when entering times for a Full Day, use 12:00AM - 11:59PM.
