This article will go over report #163 Piece Tracker WH226A. This is a report that will go over the fields that are in the report and the fields that our software will capture.
*This is a quarterly report so you need to be careful with the dates entered.*
Before we start talking about the information in the report, we don't capture all of the data for this report. We don't populate data for columns f, h, i, and k. These columns will remain blank. This is populated by the user manually.
Column a- This is the client who is working.
Column a1- This shows the job that the client is working. Multiple jobs can populate for the same client.
Column b- This column will count the number of jobs the client worked in the span dates.
Column c- This column will average the amount of hours worked for all the jobs for the client.
Column d- This column will average the earnings for the all the jobs for the client.
Column e- This column will give a description of the job worked by the client. You can make the job description in the 'Piece Tracker' tab by clicking a job and selecting the 'Details' option. In the 'Job Summaries' option and the Job Description will appear as shown below. What you enter here will appear in column e.
Column f- We do not populate this column. Must be manually populated.
Column g- This is the prevailing wage rate for the job listed. The prevailing wage rate can be setup in the 'Setup' tab under the 'Piece Tracker' option. You can set prevailing rates here as shown below.
Column h- We do not populate this column. Must be manually populated.
Column i- We do not populate this column. Must be manually populated.
Column j- This column will total the hours for the job listed.
Column k- We do not populate this column. Must be manually populated.
Under the columns there we have total earnings and total hours for the client during the time span.
