There are three options to prioritize the list of clients displayed in the Client drop-down menu when adding details to a Piece Tracker job. Clients that are included in each of these three options are listed at the top of the Client drop-down menu, while all remaining clients are listed below the priority clients. This will help staff find clients that are more likely to be included in the current job.
Each of these client lists are included in the priority list at the top of the Client drop-down menu:
1. Clients that are assigned to staff.
2. Clients assigned to a Program that the Staff.
Both of these assignments are set on the Setup screen under the Staff tab:
3. Clients assigned to the Piece Tracker group that is selected on the Piece Tracker Jobs screen. The clients can be assigned to a Group on the Setup screen under the Piece Tracker tab:
