Sometimes it may be necessary to have a special billing code and rate that is related to a Destination. This is used in the Transport Scheduler.
For example, suppose a client is transported to a destination of 123 Tornado Drive, and you get paid a flat rate every time you drop off that client at that destination. So in the Transport Scheduler, you would see something like this:
Setting up the billing code and rate for this destination is done on the Setup screen in the "Destinations" section:
In this example, every time a client is dropped off (End Location) at 123 Tornado Drive, the billing code will be TOR and the rate will be $12.50.
