This article will go over the 4 types of items that go into a packet, which are the Attachment, Brittco Form, Handout, and Task as shown below.
Attachment
The first item is an attachment. Below you will name the attachment and enter when this item needs to be completed by. There is also a note field to add any extra detail to the item. NOTE: the attachment isn't added in this step. Adding the attachment occurs when the packet has been made. You can also allow multiple attachments and determine what happens when you create a redetermination.
Brittco Form
The next item is a Brittco Form. Any form that has been created using the form builder or has been added from the Brittco Library can be used within the packet. You can choose a form and then whether or not you want to allow multiple of the form in the packet as well determine what happens when you create a redetermination.
Handout
Another type of item is the handout. This allows a user to add a static document (i.e. a brouchure or pamphlet) to a packet. Simply upload the document in the "Handout", then when users are completing a packet for an individual, they can very quickly add this document to the packet.
Task
The final type of item is the task. This will allow a user to be check off an item as 'Completed' when the task is finished.
