There are a lot of different ways to roll out the software depending on how the agency is utilizing it. As long as the specific screen is fully set up, you can start the rollout process.
Here's a few examples
1. Have a test period
Your staff can use the software as a sandbox to get used to how to document
2. Have pilot locations
You can have one or two locations start using the software before introducing it to your entire agency
3. Introduce one screen at a time
Have your staff start with just clocking in/out on the HPC screen, Incidents, or Goals screen before gradually introducing more of the software
4. Introduce the entire software to everyone all at once
Any setup issues will be visible right away with this method and any potential issues get resolved quickly. This can also create a hectic environment as the software is still brand new to everyone involved
