This article is with our 'Getting Started' series to help ease to process of initially getting setup with Brittco. It will go over setting up clients in the system.
We will ask you to fill out a client template with their basic information in a welcome email. This will populate in the client information screen. The waiver and Medicaid numbers are important to have to start with the billing process.
If you need to setup clients after the initial setup, you can easily add a new client. We can also setup the services for a client in the initial setup.
You may need to change client information as you go. Editing client information is simple and can be done in a few clicks.
You can also look at the overview of the client information screen to see all the fields and ways the software can document on a client.
