Continuing with our 'Getting Started' series, we will look at the Attendance screen.
We need to setup programs and assign staff and clients to those programs. This will be done on the 'Client Information' and 'Setup' screens.
Start with adding or changing a program. This will be done in the 'Setup' screen. You will also need to setup the program schedule for a client, which is done in the Client Information screen. The process will need to be done with staff.
Once the programs have been created and the clients/staff have been assigned to those programs, you will need to know how to create today's attendance.
Now that the attendance has been created, you will need to know how to add/drop a client from the Attendance screen as well as change a client's time. Clients may also have add-ons that will need to be setup on the Client Information screen.
Adding and deleting staff on the Attendance screen follows the same process as the client edits.
