Issue 1: Submitting OhioISP with non-case manager on the plan.
Description: There is no way for our system to add a non-case manager staff person to a individual's team in the Salesforce system. We are only able to add the case manager, family members and providers to an individual's team. A person must be on an individual's team in Salesforce before a plan can be submitted with that person.
Current workaround: Either remove the staff person from the plan or manually create the relationship for the staff person and individual in Salesforce.
