Access levels are used to provide a method to limit functionality and access to entire screens on a "per staff" basis.
To setup access levels:
- Select the staff on the Setup screen.
- Select the desired Access Level for each screen.
Reference this chart when selecting the Access Level for each staff:

- Edit client hourly rate

Manage Timeclock |
- Add and edit all staff entries
|
Non-Medical Transportation |
- Use the "Create Today's Transportation" button
|
Scheduler |
- Delete any event on the scheduler, not just his or her own
- View / edit events for other staff
Note: Managers have access to all staff schedules

Transport Scheduler |

Training |
- Schedule training for all staff
- View certificates for all staff

Setup |
- All Setup tabs will be accessible.
- For 'No Access', there are two exceptions:
HR Managers will see the 'Staff' tab. Full Access to Non-Medical Transportation will have access to 'Transport Routes' and 'Vehicle Inspection' tabs.
