This article will explain how to set up a guardian's access to an Individual's information.
To start you must first go to the Setup screen and add the guardian as staff. After you have added the guardian as staff, you will need to set up a "Family" (or whatever name you wish) user group. You will do this under the user group tab. While you are doing this you want to make sure that they have the appropriate access levels like the ones below.
This will allow the guardian to see the Dashboard, Goals, Client Information, Medication Tracker, and Incidents without being able to change any of the information.
After you have created the family access group you will need to go back to the staff information and assign the guardian to the new user group, or "Family" in this example.
Lastly, you will assign the individual to the family member/guardian in the staff's relationships.
