In this article we will cover the Admin set up needed to start using the Daily Doc screen in your Brittco system.
In Account Settings there is a menu item labelled Daily Doc. Here is where you will set up your Measurement Types, Outcomes - Successful Ratings, Outcomes - Not Successful Reasons, and Supports - Not Delivered Reasons.
Measurement Types:
Click on to create a new Measurement Type. A dialog box will pop up for the information you can enter for that specific measurement:
The Additional Fields is unique in the sense that it allows you to capture data or information pertinent to your organization. After you name a New Field, you are given choices as to the type of field you want to create as well as further options to customize:
Outcomes - Successful Ratings
Click on to create your Successful Ratings dropdown list. A dialog box will pop up with two fields, Rating and Code:
You can add as many Ratings and associated Codes as you require.
Outcomes - Not Successful Reasons
Click on to create your Not Successful Reason. A dialog box will pop up with two fields, Reason and Code:
You can add as many Reasons and associated Codes as you require.
Supports - Not Delivered Reasons
Click on to create your Not Delivered Reason. A dialog box will pop up with two fields, Reason and Code:
You can add as many Reasons and associated Codes as you require.
User Groups and Permissions
You can modify the Daily Documentation permissions for new and existing user groups in Account Settings. Check the box next to the permissions you would like the user group to have and click Save.
