This article outlines the tools available on the Daily Documentation Dashboard.
The Daily Doc Dashboard provides Staff users with a view of all clients that have Daily Docs set up in their individual client profiles. By default, the Daily Doc dashboard will show client cards in alphabetical order by last name. You can filter Daily Docs by Location and by Client using the drop-down menus towards the top of the dashboard.
On the main Daily Documentation Dashboard, users can access the following tools:
- Dashboard Filters - Daily Docs can be filtered by Location and by Clients using the drop-down menu toward the top of the dashboard.
- Calendar Bar - Shows the current week. You can use the arrows to the left and right of the bar to go to a previous or the next week. You can also use the calendar icon... The Back to Today button will take you back to the current date.
- Daily Doc Client Cards - Shows information about clients including a picture if one has been added to their client demographic record. On a client's card, you'll also see Outcomes, Supports, Medications, Transportation, and Attendance. For Outcomes, Supports and Medications, the client card will display if documentation has been done for that day.
Click on a client's card to see more detailed information about them and manage their daily docs. At the top you'll see Notes, Special Diets and Allergies if any have been entered in their demographic profile. You can navigate to another client's profile using the drop-down menu below the client's picture.
Within a client's Daily Doc, there is an Outcomes, Supports, Measurements and Medications tab. If you need to update information on those tabs, navigate to the Daily Doc or Medication tabs within a client's profile. You can checkout this Daily Doc - Client Set Up Knowledge Base article for more information on how to do that.
Documenting Outcomes
For each Experience listed on the Outcomes tab, you will have 3 different options to select from. You can select Successful, Not Successful or N/A. If you select Successful or Not Successful, the Outcome Tracking Details window will pop-up for you to add your detailed notes.
If you select Successful, you will have the option to select a Rating from the drop-down menu. The list of Ratings can be customized.
If you select Not Successful, you will have the option to select a reason. The list of Not Successful reasons can be customized.
Once the details have been saved, the text turns green to indicate that it has been documented on.
Documenting Supports
For each Support, there will be two options to select from. You can select Delivered or Not Delivered.
If a support is Delivered, a Deliver Support pop-up window will display. This allows users to add the time the support was delivered and a detailed note.
If a Support is Not Delivered, a Client Support Not Administered pop-up window will display. This allows users to select a reason the support was not delivered, the time and a note.
The Reason list can be customized.
Documenting Medications
For each Medication, there will be two options to select from. You can select Administered or Not Administered.
If Administered is selected, an Administered Medication pop-up window will display. This allows users to add the time the medication was administered, medication count and a detailed note.
If Not Administered is selected, a Medication Not Administered pop-up window will display. This gives users to the option to select the reason the medication was not administered and add a detailed note.
