This article will go over setting up notifications. We will look at a birthday notification as an example.
Settings
In order to setup notifications, click on the drop down arrow next to your username and select Settings as shown below.
Next click on the
on the right side of the screen. Go to Notifications on the left navigation and click the 'Add Notification' option on the right as shown below.
Select the new notification you would like by clicking the drop down arrow in the 'Notification' field. You can customize when and how often you receive the notifications.
You can select days, weeks, or months out from the notification. You can also setup multiple alerts for the specified notification. For example, you can get notified two weeks before, one week before, and one day before the specified notification event happens.
Notification Type
You can also setup whether you want to be notified by the message center, email, or both.
