In this article, we will explain how caseload works within Brittco. Each staff person has the choice of whether they want to see all clients or only their caseload within the application. They can manage this themselves and toggle between each whenever they want.
It's important to know that caseload is managed automatically whenever an SSA is added to a client from the Edit Client screen. Staff also have the ability to modify their caseloads themselves from the Settings screen following the instructions below.
This also pertains to the following fields: Developmental Specialist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, and Speech Language Pathologist.
Caseload from the Settings screen
Go to the settings option under your username on the top navigation bar and click 'Edit Settings'. From here, you will see which clients are currently selected for your caseload, and can add and remove using the "Caseload" dropdown.
Clicking the or buttons will allow you to quickly toggle between the different settings. This setting will be saved to your account.
Caseload from the Staff Tab
Administrators can also manage caseload from the Staff screen. When we view a staff member, we can see their caseloads. When we go to 'Edit' for the staff member, we can edit their caseloads. Shift + click or Ctrl + click will allow for you to select multiple clients for the caseload. When the caseload is created, the clients in the caseload will show under User Group in the 'Staff Information' section as shown in an image below.
