How to set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in Brittco
From your dashboard click on your Agency's name and select Account Settings:
Next, click on Edit in the top right hand corner:
Navigate to Security from list on the left hand side of the screen:
From there click on the checkbox labelled Force Two-Factor Authentication and then click on Update Settings:
The next time Users attempt to login the system will verify their email address and password are correct and then send an email to them with a token to enter. Once verified the token is stored as a cookie for 60 days. The device will not need to perform a 2FA check until that time expires or their cookies are deleted.
Note: On this Security screen you can also force Users to enter new passwords after a set amount of time.
