In this article, we will be going over a new feature for our HPC module. The feature will allow for staff to only see clients for their particular locations.
To start, go to the setup screen on the left and go to staff information. Select the HPC locations for that staff.
Once the HPC locations are setup for the staff, select at the bottom of the screen.
Users with Full Access to HPC will see all staff, clients, and locations. Users with Default Access to HPC will only be able to see their assigned locations and clients. But if a user has no HPC Locations assigned, they will see all locations by default.
To set up which clients belong to specific locations, go to the HPC Locations tab on the Setup screen.
Select all the clients that are in the HPC location and click the button at the bottom of the page. The clients and staff are now setup to the HPC location.
Now, when the staff opens the HPC tab, they will only see their clients and locations.
