When scheduling HPC Activities, staff payroll codes can be added so payroll reports can be generated from HPC timesheets.
Setting Up the Master List of Payroll Codes and Rates
The first step in setting up payroll codes and rates is to build the master list. This is done on the Setup screen under 'Company Information' by adding each payroll Code, Rate, and Description:
Setting Up Payroll Codes and Rates for Staff
On the Setup-Staff screen, you will add the codes and rates for each staff. You can start with the Master list of codes by clicking the "Initialize" button (a staff must be selected). You must first set the Start and End date before Initializing. The Start Date would be when the staff's current rate started. The End Date could be set to some date far in the future.
Once the Master list has been added to a Staff, each code can be selected and the actual rate can be set by changing the rate and clicking the 'Change Rate' button.
