Step 1: Establish Brittco as Your Alternate EVV Provider
Before Brittco can send your data to the Sandata Aggregator, you must contact Sandata and grant permission.
Follow the instructions here:
EVV: Establishing Brittco as Your Alternate EVV Provider
To confirm this is set up, Admins can look at the EVV Setup Status of the Dashboard and will see either "Enabled" or "Disabled".
Step 2: Set Up Clients and Staff
Next, you’ll need to set up your clients and staff for EVV.
Full instructions are available here:
EVV: Setting Up Clients and Staff
Why this matters:
For the Aggregator to accept your data, each EVV record must include both:
The client who received the service
The staff who provided the service
If a client or staff member isn’t properly linked, the Aggregator won’t know who the visit was for or who delivered it. This is why setting up and linking both is required before any EVV data can be sent successfully.
Step 3: Sending and Reviewing EVV Data
Once the setup is complete:
Any HPC record (excluding OSOC) will automatically be sent to the Aggregator for linked clients and staff.
