You can use the "Client Tasks" feature to keep track of anything surrounding a particular client. By setting a due date, you can easily see when something needs to get done by. When a task is completed, you can see who completed it and when.
You must set up task categories before getting started, which will help you to keep your tasks organized in a way that will allow you to easily report on them.
Creating New Tasks
Select the 'Create New' drop down arrow and select the 'Task' option.
Select a client from the dropdown, choose the task from the list of categories and enter a due date. Optionally, you can add additional detail about the task.
If the particular task category has custom fields, these will appear below the Detail field for you to fill in.
Once the task has been completed, click the Mark Complete button and hit Save. By default, the completion date and time will be the time when you press the button, but you have the ability to change it if necessary.
Once the task has been entered and saved, it will appear on the calendar for the staff to see.
