We are excited to announce that we have released an update to the Transportation module. This update allows you to track routes that don't fit into the "pick up / drop off" model, i.e. HPC transportation, community transportation, etc. Instead of restricting a route to only 2 trips, a "Pick Up" trip and a "Drop Off" trip, you can now schedule as many trips as you need on any given day.
Note: You do not need to take any action on your current routes to continue using them. The update will make the necessary changes to existing routes.
Below is a summary of some of the visual changes that you will see.
1. Separate cards for each trip
Instead of both the "Pick Up" and "Drop Off" trips living in a single record, they will now appear as separate records. For example, here is what it looked like prior to the update:

When entering your daily transportation data, instead of a single pop-up window for both "Pick Up" and "Drop Off", you will enter them on separate pop-ups. For example, here is what it looked like prior to the update:

2. Vehicle inspections are entered with the trip
For vehicles that require an Inspection, you will no longer see a separate box for them under the "Pick Up/Drop Off" box:
Now the vehicle inspection will show up within the Route Details as a toggle that you can open and complete:
3. View a printable schedule from the Transportation screen
You will see a new printer icon on the right side of the card for any route that contains scheduled trips. Clicking this icon will open a new tab with a printable schedule, allowing your driver to document their routes on paper instead of using a device.
Note: this functionality replaces the report called "Transportation Attendance Sheet" which no longer exists.
